Just Like Sugar: An all new, all natural sugar substitute



In the world of health and fitness, there has been a lot of confusion regarding sugar substitutes. Experts for years have recommended Nutrasweet(aspartame), sweet & low, and splenda(sucralose) because they had no calories and no effect on blood sugar levels. Over the last few years, scientists are finding out that these substitutes can have serious adverse health effects.
